Rachael is nationally certified through the American Speech and Hearing Association and state licensed in New York. She also holds the certificate of Teacher of Students with Speech and Language Disabilities (T.S.S.L.D). She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland in Speech and Hearing Sciences and a Masters degree from Loyola University in Speech-Language Pathology. Rachael has worked for over 16 years in the public school system and in the private sector. She has also earned two national ACE awards for continuing education through the American Speech and Hearing Association (A.S.H.A.). She has significant continuing education about feeding therapy, oral placement therapy, and picky eaters.
Rachael has extensive experience working with children with feeding disorders, autism, apraxia, Down Syndrome, articulation disorders, phonological processing disorders, language disorders, and selective mutism. She also has experience working with:
